i think my car is close to 4000lb with me in it....i think if i hit it well i can cut 1.6x short times....with practice....and my current set up will proablly hit 11.0 mabye 10.90 on a sweeet run.....but im proablly not gonna run till i get the haltech and bigger turbo....im putting a T62 wheel in my 25Gturbo houseing with a 17cm exahust housing......technicly its the T63...or sp63 wheel that everyone is raving about....just using a mitsubishi housing.......how are you running 780cc injectors on stock ECU?....i dont get it.....and as far as motor....my short block is a tt short block..and i dont plan on building it...keeping it stock....it will hold....Jeff

Oh! I didn't know you had a tt block. Sweet, it will be interesting to see how your turbo works. Are you using a external wastegate setup? or do the 25G's have a internal wastegate?

The 780's run fine. I'm using a 550chip in the VPC, and then leaning it out further with the AFC. I used -34% on the AFC across the board to get it lean enough to run well, then tuned with a wideband on the dyno. The car even idles well.

you dont smell fuel like crazy at idle?.....i cant imagine how it would idle right with that big of an injector increase???..but hey..you go boy!! i have an HKS external wastegate....
i had to replace my block after exploding a pressure plate at the track on 19psi , slicks and a welded differential.....it took out 6 of 11 bolts that help my tranny and block together..i was lucky i didnt loose a foot or 2....but anyway...i ended up replacing it with a tt block and 6speed tranny from a 98 supra.....Jeff

I put the 780's in with the VPC and a GCC maxed out full lean, and it was stinky rich then. I had to put the 550's back in until I got the AFC. But now with the AFC, I can lean it out enough to run flawlessly. Like I said, I leaned it out 34% across the board, and it ran very well. It had some lean spots and some rich spots that we dialed out on the dyno.

Damn, you were lucky to keep all your toes! That sounds downright scary having that **** come apart. What clutch was it? Are you still using the welded differential? or did you go with the TT differential also?

Very nice! I wonder why the HP curves are so flat on the na-t cars? The TT hp curves almost always keep climbing with rpm, but mine (like yours) are as flat as Kansas (or North Dakota in my case. heh heh Check out my runs... first the boost-only pull

http://speedracer.speedtoys.com/~dav...-t/511rwhp.bmp

then the pull with the nitrous.

http://speedracer.speedtoys.com/~dav...-t/602rwhp.bmp

You can see I had the rpm window switch set to turn off the spray at 6500 rpm.

Hey Jeff (damn you are a popular guy )

Do you know approx. what speeds you reach in each gear at redline with your 6speed and auto diff?

Thank you!

Mike

Thanks Mike, I run 18psi on pump gas which should put me in the 450-460rwhp range I'd guess. Never dyno'd that way so I don't know for sure.

Here's the gearing with the 6-speed and auto differential, assuming stock size tires:

1- 35mph
2- 56mph
3- 79mph
4- 102mph
5- 135mph
6- 171mph
