Why? Because you want to change the fluid?

For the SC400 the capacity is about 8 qts I think. To change the fluid, it only take 2 qts or 2 liters. take the drain plug out, replug when all oil is out. Refill from the top, do not over fill. Do it again after a few days of driving until the oil is red (clean) if you like.
The shop manual recommend to change every 15K miles I think.

For SC400 need to used Toyota Type IV transmission fluid, very expensive.
For SC300 just regular Dextron II trans. fluid. I don't know that you can use Type T-IV or not.
