if money is an issue, stick with stock w58 until you save up for 6spd trans, ds, rear pumpkin, axles, might as well get the whole rear
That's gonna cost you pretty penny, depends on how cheap you find it, but I've seen it around 2k~4k for trans, + the rest will be around 3k then you need clutch, etc.

You probably need some sort of clutch(preferably sprung disk) to hold the hp before you go v160
