Here's the solution to extending ecu wires.

http://autosportwiring.com/toyota.htm

I plan on getting one of these very soon will definately give me more space to work with. I hate going under that carpet.

I thought of that, but I decided to extend the part by the engine so that the rubber boot would attach to the car. I already started snipping wires there, so I will continue.

I guess I need to trace where the larger wires go so that I will extend the right ones.

all u had to do was undo the tape fron the rubber and pulled it towards where it bolts in ,but whatever way make you happy jus be careful with that route

Ok, I am extending at section "A", but are you saying to extend at section "B"? I am only 6 or 7 wires into it and it is easily repairable, but I dont want to get into a mess.

yea jus extend the B part of the harness it will save you alot of trouble in the longrun (less issues to troubleshoot when time to start her up) jus undo the tape around the rubber booth (might have to make a little slice on it) and slide it to the location where u want it

I've done 3 swaps so far in the last year. Trust me. It fits.

As far as throttle cable goes. Get a 92-96 4 cylinder Camry throttle cable, its fits. The MKIV doesn't without modification to the throttle cable holder, or use of a high tech zip tie.

That's the exact point I extended my harness as I was told you only need to do the kick panel plugs and not the ecu plugs.

Thanks guys! I definitely owe you guy a round of beers next time I see you.

The harness is fixed and I am about to extend it the right way now.
