Default clutch problems

a few weeks back my clutch pedal was sticking to the floor and just recently the clutch has been slipping at WOT. is there any chance bleeding the clutch line could help this or is it time for a new clutch?

also, where is the reservoir for clutch fluid if there is one? ive had the car for 1 1/2 years and havent replaced/added any clutch fluids..

thanks for the help
