Default another MAFS question.

will i bought this 93 sc3 5speed back in october... i got this really bad hesitation since i bought it.... i did a complete tune up on it.. helps out a lil but it still does it....not long ago i unplugged the MAFS, it show no affect to idle or reving... i know on the Sr20dets as soon as i unplug the MAFS the car will automatically die.... just wondering if the MAfs be the problem for my sc. thanks for reading

The car will run without MAF but not very good.
Did you check
plugs and plug wires?
do you have a CEL?

CEL, is the check engine light. If it's on pull the code. If the
code has anything to do w/ the MAF, replace it.

To explain further, you said you unplugged the maf & it had no effect on performance. The computer can run in limp mode once the check engine
light is on. If you unplug the MAF & it is the same. It's running in limp mode
& the MAF is no good.
