I am wondering if any of you know what color wire/plug location for VSS wire on SC? I am hooking up navigation to my car and this wire needs to be tapped.

I did it on my sc3 but its a 97 so I wont be any help. HOWEVER you can find one above each wheel if that helps or I went to my dealer and cause I'm a frequent customer they printed out a diagram of the ECU and I hooked it up that way. It was just 1 wire and the pulse gets faster with speed. Pretty simple input just gotta find the wire. Hope that helps

Ok so I decided to take matter into my own hands and went out and bought the factory electrical wiring diagram for my car... VSS wire for the 1998 SC300 is located on the SMALLEST plug connected to the ECU. The wire color is BLUE with YELLOW stripe. Pin #5.

I currently have my computer out on my 99. Was wondering if anyone knew the wire/wires that cause cluster not to function??
