My car is two days away for the final result. Cost me well over $10,000 dollars in parts let alone 5 months of labour to bo paid.
The biggest headach of course as you know was ecu. So an after market computer was installed costing $3950 which took four weeks to do. Know interesting part is we did a dyno run on 14 pounds and hit 283kw at the wheels at $4000 revs thats all I know at the moment. They are having a problem with the blow off valve that should be solved. I'm personally aiming for 600hp from the engine. So keep posted for detailes!!!!!!!!!!!!

Blown.........Can you PM me with some details of your supercharger arrangement and what all I would need to move to get it to fit, etc. Where can I find this Dinan kit and how much does it run?
Thanks, Adam

Wow,that's a bunch of kilowatts there, will be quite a hotrod when it's all sorted.I kind of figured from the fact that you had the intercooler that it wasn't just the average blower install, and that the tuning was much more involved than with a low psi setup.
Al,the Dinan company is a BMW specialist, sorry,I was using their installation as a comparison, since it was the only 4-valve V8 that was similar in performance compared to our motors.

well there is a few things that have to be moved. Like the fuse box which is in the other side now and there is alot of wires there and the battery in the boot. Also something to do with the ignition dont know exactly what it was had to be removed to fit the blower bracket.

Let me tell Supercharger head units are not cheap. I was going to use ATI P1SC, but I have experience with oil leak from the self contained seal. I also have talked to many mustang owners and they said the same thing. I chose Vortech V2 SQ S-Trim is becaues is much quieter and i getting fresh oil every 3k miles.
A decent power head unit will run about 2k. For street use, i think sc will be the best choice. More reliable, easy on installation, possilbe lower cost. Power? Dont forget there is an energy tax involved. My supercharger costed my about 70 bhp to run. However, turbo also cost energy to run too. Exhaust restriction and higher intake temp. This is not a bash to turbo. I have it too. People with turbo tend to forget there are energy lost running turbos too.
Neil and others,
I have been studying the SC4. In order for it to have a centifugal SC, u must relocation the battery and fuse box and convert hydralic fan to electric fan.
