Default BL 2.5mm headgasket question

Alright, so I nuked my TT HG and went with the BL 2.5mm. My question is this...how is it going to effect timing? Do I need to dial down a few degrees or what? Also, is there anything else that would need to be done?

PS: I'm an NA-T guy.

I already have the ARP's, not sure why about the timing. A friend of mine just brought it up.
