ECU is bad!!! help!!!

Default ECU is bad!!! help!!!

well i just pulled out my ecu, opened it up, then the sucker is burnt. so i tried a GS300 OBD1 Ecu auto. it didnt work, but i heard that the GS ECU wont work. but the SC OBD1 ECU will. is that true?

Since it came with a OBD1 ECU I'm guessing another one should work. You just have to find one.

Sidenote, you just keep killing my car more and more don't you,..LMAO

but what im saying is. is the GS300 ECU tha same as the SC300s?

considering it's the same engine, it should all be the same, just different body plugs on the harness.

Also have to see if the ECU is for an auto or manual. 1st gen GS300 has a 4 or 5 speed automatic depending on year whereas the SC300 has 4/5 speed auto or 5 speed manual.

Edit: You said obd1 gs300 ecu so its a 4 speed auto. You are trying to use it for a obd1 sc300 auto?
