I think you misinterpreted my post, go back and read it again. I said I love my sc.

I'm not complaining about maintenance at all, I'm just stating a point that don't expect to buy this car without having to do any maint.

I plan on keeping my car for at least 5 years, I'll drive it until it dies. Putting money into is no joke so if you can't afford it, you shouldn't own one.

Yes I tend to agree... But you wouldn't believe how easy common sense can be thrown out the window when you fall in love with a car.

I'd been reading up on this car for over 2 years before I decided to buy.

I knew about the ps pump issue as well as the faulty dash lights, etc.

My best advice: Research before you buy.

The reason why I bought this car is because of it's engines reliability to last 200k+.

Once again: I love my SC400 and I will do whatever it takes to keep it running in the best condition possible.
