Default Supra LSD

I know there are tons of threads on installing LSD's in the sc300's. Most people go for the (TTsupra 93-98). My ? is has anyone ever checked to see if the LSD out of a older Supra(87-92 turbo) will work? Or even replacing the entire pumpkin? There are tons of these in the yards around me. Just wondering if anyone has ever tackled this?

thanks

It won't work. Why not just get a new aftermarket LSD they are a 1000x better than stock and cost like $100-150 more

Thanks you for the answer..........I did use the search button. I spent about 2hours using the search button. My SEARCH results did not answer my ? . Hence the post being made. Not to sound like a jerk but people are too quick to suggest the search button. Its just frustrating to spend time searching and then have someone say it to you again.

thanks

I have been looking into that route. Just wanted to go over all my options. I will probably end up going that way in the end.
