did the stock throttle cable work with that intake manifold ?
Good question. I am currently working that issue right now, I found a couple of options, but waiting for the parts to come in. The US Supra cable is too short, the Soarer cable is way too long. But stay tuned I think I found one that may be perfect.

Hmm, might have to look at the Land Cruiser if the one I ordered doesn't work. Do you know any of those companies or links to them, that make custom cables?

So the throttle cable I used worked out great. It was just a tad bit long, about 1/2 inch. Not too bad, I had to make custom brackets to make it work.
I used an JDM Spec Aristo 2JZ NA throttle cable.
