Worst climate for boost?

Have you ever lifted your hood without hood shocks?
It is as heavy as the engine.

also,
consider a vented hood to help that hot air escape your engine bay.

I run a stock 1JZ with twins and boost controller. Running at approximately 11lbs of boost, I have never had an issue with my 1JZ in the Phoenix heat (110 average). I do have a very large front mount also.

Well I hope it will work out. Ill be getting the Boost Logic kit so I hope they're FMIC will suffice.
