if you don't describe what is going on, there is no way for anyone to give advice.

Deconstructed, this is how your post reads:
"Something is wrong with my car. What do you guys think is the specific problem?"

How about it's a N/A car why it's not boosting?

See, with my initial analysis, I assumed maybe you had installed a turbo...which would then lead me to believe you installed it wrong.

The other possibilities:

-eBay Electric Turbochargers aren't as amazing as you thought they were going to be.
-You didn't start the car yet
-The VTEC Hamsters you bought for a 1.6L Honda motor don't have enough energy to make power in your 3.0L Toyota motor
Now, good luck!

Maybe one of the hamsters in the 1.6 liters engine died?

Did you turn the key in the "on" position?

So you bought a turbo and slapped it on your car. I'm guessing you don't have the proper modifications (maybe not enough) and please explain more about the "not boosting right".. is there not enough boost, no boost, or too much boost?

Maybe he got a manifold and turbo and didn't bother with any piping to the engine.
