Default A/C problem?

I guess my car is starting to show its age. I had my A/C recharged last summer by Lexus, but this summer rolls around and the A/C does not work period! I'm assuming there's a leak. Can Lexus still be liable for this or what can I do?

Check if you still have the receipt and look at it if there's any warranty.

ac charge has nothing to do with failure of seals or components.
