i figured it out guys...turns out the ring on my wastegate somehow managed to JAM into the wastegate leaving it stuck open. I'm really at a loss as to how that happened, but I pulled the ring out, and it was bent. Does anyone know where I can get another one ASAP? I'm running open header right now, and san diego cops do not like that ...

Alright, wastegate issue solved, however I'm still having the problem of running lean. No matter how much fuel i add, the A/F does not change in boost. In partial throttle changing the fuel does change the way the car drives. What could cause this? The fuel filter is relatively new, and i don't have any kinks in my lines as far as i can tell. walboro 255 is operating at 12v's so i know thats not the problem either. I am getting really frustrated with this thing, im about to call it a day and bring it to a shop.

Also check the fuel pump hoses and gasket.
In the tank on the nipple of the walbro pump, theres that 2" piece of hose, make sure there is a good seal around it and the hardlines. Also there may be a small insert or gasket around that nipple, make sure that didnt slide off, bend, crack etc.
But Id make sure youre getting 12v all day before doing that, try jumping FP&B+ under the hood diagnose port and run the car like that see if that changes your AFR. GL.

people are telling you to make sure that you have 12volts constant to the fuel pump. and you are complaining of running too lean, right?
Jumping FP(fuel pump) and B+(12volt source) Will allow your fuel pump to run with 12volts constantly. This may change the way your AFR is under boost. Im just telling you a quick way to get 12volts to the fuel pump w/o re-wiring.
I had to do it to my 1jz swap to even get my car to start because I dropped in the walbro 255 too.
