Nice- exhaust looks awesome, so does the v-banded turbo, wastegate, etc.

Where on the IC piping did you put the MAF?

Can't wait to see the results with higher boost. The only thing I would have done differently would be the head gasket. 9:1 compression is too high for a 70mm turbo. I would have gone with a 2.5 mm gasket (~8.3:1 compression)- and taken advantage of higher levels of boost.

Regardless, great work

Allen

Thanks Allen! I don't plan on pushing HUGE numbers for a while yet so I figured the TT headgasket's compression would be a good compromise between off boost driveabliity and to minimize lag. Also the fact that I work at the local Toyota/Lexus dealership and get sweet deals on factory parts made the decision easier. haha

For the MAF I extended the wiring and mounted it in the inner fender/front bumper...you can see it in this picture here...kinda

Thanks! The mufflers are Magnaflow part#14834. I originally ordered the 14835's but I didn't like the look of the tip, not as simple and clean, and these ended up being cheaper too!

And.....probably not. haha I have had enough of being wedged under the car for awhile.

Of coarse if the engine is in good condition! I bought my car from the original owner, always ran synthetic oil and runs as strong as it would have off the showroom floor so I was never worried to slap a turbo on.

How is the ebay turbo/manifold holding up? What was your total price tag after you were done with the install?
