That's a pimp color, need better pics of the detail of the paint.
It sounds like the alternator like everyone else says. Get a heavy duty alternator if you run a lot of electronics.
paint = crappy n yea alt is bad. just because the power steering pump is leaking on it... even though i replaced the WHOLE power steering with a rebuilt one from kragen.. only thing that i gotta replace is the hoses which iono where or how to do... besides the stealership..

had an issue like this a couple days ago, me and "DominicAN" were driving my car after the swap and we didnt realize one of the wires to the alternator was cut, after three or four stops on the side of the highway recharging the battery with my mom's civic, we managed to limp home, luckily i still had my GE alternator

Exact same thing happened to my '92 SC400. Alternator for sure. Not an expensive repair.

I dont know how you didn't scrape going onto a flat bed... especially with a kit.

I got a high output alternator (150 amp) for $150 picked up (local place). At the time, I had electric fans (no clutch fan and shroud)- so it took me all of 6 minutes to replace the alternator

Replace alternator, charge battery- you'll be back on the ride.

Lower your car too while you're at it

Don't be too surprised to find your battery with a bad cell after this. If you drove it until it simply couldn't spark the plugs there is a good chance the battery is either toasted also, or won't hold a charge for much longer.

ok now car died.

turns out the new alternator wasnt even chanrgingt the new battery.. so now the NEW battery is dead or going to die.

anyone have any suggestions? could it be the conncting flug on the back of the alt?

also we rolled the fenders.. paint chipped <sigh> a bit. but o well

as for the springs.. gunna be awhile.. hopefully we can get it done by tomm for the BBQ meet.
