Does that pinout match your harness, and if so, locate the NSW wire and cut it (somewhere that you can easily put it back together). Then see if you still have the problem. Just a hunch I have.
Keep in mind that the perspective of that pinout chart is looking into the back of the connectors, where the wires go in, with the clips on the top.

i'll try it sometime this weekend, what do you think its going to do by cutting it? What would that have to do with the Cam and crankshaft sensors?
EDIT: just went out and cut it, no change at all

Alright. Do you know how to run a continuity check? I would check out the cam and crankshaft circuits and see if there are any shorts or breaks in the wires.

There are two on the intake side of the head, and then the crank position sensor is physically behind the crank pulley but it has a pigtail that goes up to the water outlet housing area.
