Ok Guys,
Some updates. I have been trying to install the motor into the engine bay. The side by side clears but the passenger side down pipe was hitting the rack and pinion and the driver side also having little issue with the steering column too. I have to redo the down pipe and will take few additional weeks. However I did made some process. Intercooler was adjusted to be perfectly align side to side, front to back and left to right. I used a level to make sure all directions are level. I also bolt the intercooler brackets for the frame for solid mounting.
Today i carefully drilled two 2 1/2" holes on the side of the car to allow two 90 degrees aluminum pipe for the intercooler inlets. I want to make sure all work is clean and presentable.
I am still mock fitting the TH400.

Here is another picture with TH400 transmission. I got all of my ceramic coating for the turbo pipes from Performance Coatings in the State of Washington.
