Really? Have you done a SC400 with TH400? You sounds like you really know this swap from inside and out.

With the straight uncut '400 using the adapter you're have, you're going to have to clearance [deform] the tunnel big time. That bellhousing is huge. One thing that was a pain was the ratchet shifter. The shifter is rather large and the dash support had to be "modded" to fit. If it helps I can take a few pics of the install so you see what I'm talking about.

Can you take a pic? It's something I'd be interested in seeing. Did you have to clearance for the shift linkage? Every Supra I've seen with the Th400 bellhousing has had to be clearanced, and the SC is for our purposes virtually dentical to the Supra in terms of underside. That's my basis.

Got some updates. I managed to install the TH400 transmission into the SC400 tunnel without any HAMMERING. I got my driveshaft marked and will take it to a local driveshaft shop to weld and balance it. I also have a chance to make a custom plate for the transmission support mount with the stock SC400 support beam.
I spent few hours working on the turbo mid pipe and little of the down pipes. However, I spent most of my time finishing the intercooling piping. The pipes fit very nicely and look fantastic.

Red X's man
Edit: I got most of them open. Can you take some underside shots of the tranny area specifically around the bellhousing and shifter linkage?
Thanks!

Thanks for the nice words. I am waiting for two 4" 90 couplers for the turbo air inlets. These two couplers will route out and get fresh air. The 4" long leg couplers are hard to find. However, when it is done they will look very nice plus cool air from frog light area. I will need to drill the wall to reach out. That is why my turbos are position that way. The whole goal of this plumping is to get fresh air and keep it cool for the engine. Even with the inlet throttle body pipe. I would route it around and away from heat. Why heat up cool air again? That doesn't make sense.
