This would be all I need to get my swapped sc300 running right? It comes with the ecu and harness already and I know the GTE block mates to the stock sc300 5 speed. Yes, I've searched but didn't come out with a definitive answer.

And yes the GTE block will bolt up to the W58...the blocks are almost identical between the GE & GTE as far as I know. Aside from the oil squirters of course....
You may want to do a USDM Wiring harness to save the pain of extending wires. And a USDM ECU so that your A/C works right...and if you do the USDM ECU you have to buy a Mass Air Flow Sensor.

Rage, 99% this is a freakin JDM Aristo engine imported into the USA. It is not a USDM engine. That certainly does not mean its bad. Also, seriously please start using the search button. The JDM 2JZGTE swap is one of the most common threads here, clubna-t and supraforums.
There is much for you to read up on .

Definitely Aristo - not USDM TT Supra.
