we dropped our pan a few.. month ago.. like 8-9 month ago..

the hardest part is getting the pan to come off... (flat head and a hammer will help.. took it out in seconds.. but it took a good 20 mins to find where is the best place to pry/smack it.... notice FLAT HEAD)

also the longest part of the process.. would be to clean off the gasket that was left behind.. (mine was like fused to the pan.. soo it took maybe 45 mins of scraping off (i took breaks in between).. also use a razor for that..

after everything is cleaned put it back.. and refil.!

since u took the pan off.. its more than 2 quarts.. but i forgot how much to put

how often should the transmission fluid be changed in an SC400? My '97 has 71,000 miles on it, and i'm not sure if it has ever been done.
