awesome work Scott. i noticed that you still have your EGR in place. why? get rid of it. you are already melting the polar ice caps and killing the polar bear...why stop now? jk

The EGR is deleted. On a 97 there is a cross over behind the intake that the pipe bolts to. The EGR pipe is just caped at the end. I could probaly have taken it out with the transmission out but didnt do it. Now with the transmission in place, it will stay in a little longer.

Congrats on the progress!! It is so refreshing to see that shifter in there! Is your interior gutted for a black interior swap?? Also, are you retaining the supercharger or going the turbo route? I would love to see a 4.7tt swap in there!

I am changing the interior but its not going all black. Its a secret.

Keeping the supercharger, Later I may do a 4.7 with a Whipple on it.

Looks like you didn't have problems with shifter location after all. I gasped when I saw the interior of your car completely gone. You do know you totally screwed yourself buy showing us that you made that tranny mount... cause alot of us don't have access to those tools which means you just volunteered your self to make them for everyone for a price of course
