Who thinks a silencer should be added?

Who thinks a silencer should be added?
Whats up guys? I just installed a Apex-i muffler onto the 1j sc. Its not the N1 its a 3" inlet and 5" outlet (or maybe 4.xx"). Currently I have a t70 turbo on there with a .81 A/R. I know that **** is too big for the car right now as I dont have fuel (other then a 255 walbaro in tank). The car sounds like a civic. Its loud as hell and the boost doesnt kick in till 5k rpm at which point it is JUST STARTING to build boost. I'm changing it out to a .61 A/R tomorrow to fix the spooling issue I am seeing. But as far as the exhaust goes, Its a straight 3" with no restrictions. What do you guys thing? Should I put a silencer on it or would the change in exhaust housings make it a lil more quiet?

Heads up...I got to take the exhaust housing today and first off it wasnt even a .81 it was a .96!!!! 
So I got the .61 on there. Exhaust is a lot better, I'm shooting flames lol 
, BUT THERE IS BOOST. Made it into a complete new monster. Going to toss some fuel in there this week and a S-afc and lets see where that takes me. I gotta get tires tomorrow and some rotors and brakes too
