Yups sounds like its stirpped. Is it a factory cap? Your going to have to find away to pry and unscrew at the same time... You may as well do your plugs and remove the valve covers at the same time if shavings from the cap fall inside... - Bryan.

Yes is a factory cap. I dont know what threads your talking about i looked at the bottom of the cap the first time i took it off and it looked like the bottom of the radiator cap it was wierd but the cap said engine oil only. I never had this problem before this is my first sc and this is just way to wierd lol.

The bottom of the oil cap has two tabs that going into corresponding slots...

If you put that on with one tab in and the other on top and tightened it...you bent it all to hell and that's why its stuck.

Does the cap look ****-eyed in there?

If it is...Go buy another cap and remove the locked one with vice-grips.
Don't go Van Damme on it...try and get it off without mucking up the valve cover/Tab-slots.

253 Lexus, Viewed your profile and noticed you own a '92 Sc. I have a '95 Sc are models have a threaded oil cap.
