Default doesnt seem to wanna go, car is lagging

I have a SC400 with a 2jzgte (auto turbo tranny)and when im on the high end, the car seem to lag and not wanna rev up. Is it because the front half of my exhaust is 3" back up to the middle of the car, and where the exhaust splits into two with the two mufflers is stock? Im changing my exhaust soon, but just want to know what the problem could really be.Thanks guys.

timing jumped on the timing belt?? Did you just do the swap, or did it just start doing the hesitation?

the timming is good, this was the first time I actually gunned it, so I dont know if it was like this b4. But I also found out today it might be that I need a fuel cut defender. Someone told me that the JDM motors are restricted fuel at a certain speed.
