Question 1jz fuel cut at 120, govenor can it be removed?

I have searched, and have found nothing. I am sure it is out there!!! Can somebody tell me how to disable it? or the thread describing it? THanks!!!

cut your speed signal wire going to the ecu, orrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

buy a

speed cut defender or something like that from greddy or hks, i am not sure, search will explain your questions

im so pissed, this speed cut has become a problem at least once everyday (the whole three days) that ive had the 1jz running correctly

omg, just search on ebay or summin, or go to your local speed shop... they only run about 60 bucks, hks runs about 110 or so...i would rather keep the speed cut... it keeps me from killing myself.

Well, I did a search on ebay a while back and all of them were over $100 ish inlcuding shipping. I will keep looking then. Thanks

Defeat boost cut:
4.7v zener diode part number = 1n4732

Wire the zener diode from signal BLUE/BLACK (L B 3) to ground BROWN (BR1) with the band facing the signal wire.

WARNING: OVER BOOSTING WILL CAUSE ENGINE FAILURE
WITH OUT PROPER TUNING AND MANAGEMENT
