1)If you use a just a little more throttle to reduce traction at the apex of a u-turn, the left side takes less of a beating. Side benefit - the screeching rubber covers the annoying sound of the chirping/squelching.
2)Deflate the left tire by 6-8 psi, or run one with an inch and a half smaller circumference. Don't ask me why your car will always want to turn left after this.

Seriously: loads all bearings and CV joints in the axle line when street driven due to the inside rubber being dragged on every turn, causing it to hop. Shock loads torsionally, and in bending, beyond design durability limits. And the car doesn't feel so smooth anymore. IMHO
