Top End Tick
I just recently Turbod my SC and I tuned it hard one night, after that i went home and parked it. then I drove it around a bit and noticed a slight tick that was never there. Then I did 3 hard pulls, and the 3rd one I shot oil out of the breather. now I have a little bit of top end noise and it is louder at idle then rev, I know it is top end tho, I have heard rod knock and it is in the upper part of the motor on the right side and it only ticks on the fire of one cylinder.
I did lean out a couple times tuning.

Check your oil for for fine metal shavings. If you see some gold glitter, you spun a bearing. Will also give you the tick at idle and gets less as you increase rev's.

It is not loud at all tho.
I was a little low on oil so I added a little and it went away at idle but I got under the car and had some one rev it and it was a little louder underneath the car, also I checked the oil and it good looking there is a little shine but not enough to think that there are flaks in it. Oil naturally shines a little and there is no more then that.
It is louder now when you rev it then at idle.
