I wasn't trying to be rude. Its just all the false information thrown around. Telling him to search and "hopefully" find out the information he needs. Like I said, the soarer did have a gooseneck, and so do some mk3 supras.. The extreme difference I wasn't 100% sure of. No need for him to go straight to the people who sold it to him without making for sure it is what we say it is.

I don't have anymore pics on an early soarer r154, but I can provide my extension pics as well as a later model soarer r154.
Heres my too short extension, 2.5 extension of the shift LINKAGE. Do not confuse with the actual shifter itself. The linkage is inside the tail housing of transmission which i had somone extend it along with the shift linkage housing.

I've seen other extensions that had the mkIII gooseneck shifter and mine was very short compared to the others. I can't really tell if the bend will compensate unless I try to put it in or I can get accurate measurement comparisons. I will probably extend another 2.5 because to me, even with the bend, it would be a tight fit if it fits at alls.
