Default is replacing header/cat flange gaskets a killer?

I have looked around but haven't really seen anyone describe the process of unbolting the cats or the headers yet. I'm guessing its not too easy!

I have an exhaust leak from up around the passenger header and am lookin into replacing the gasket(s)
