How do you swap a 2JZGTE into an SC400?
Just kidding
This SC400 is getting a swap from a 2JZ Aristo and is staying automatic. First I just cleaned up the engine bay and removed all the junk in my way, and taped off the intake and turbo ports:
Then I installed the plug and play harness. I decided to use heat-reflective wrap to protect it where it goes between the firewall and the engine:

Heheh thanks for the comments guys
Took the intake manifold all apart and cleaned everything. I thought taking the electronics off would be a good idea before giving the manifold a bath in the parts washer
Cleaned up and put back together:
Installed. Also built a custom bracket to hold the power steering resevoir in place here.
When the car came to me the hydraulic fan for the SC400 was missing, and he wanted to use the Aristo hydralic fan. Since the housing didn't quite line up to the SC400 radiator, I had to weld up some custom brackets. Cleaned up the shroud a bit too.

Honestly I'm not sure, it was in a box in the trunk, I think that it was the one from the V8.
The V8 power steering line wasn't the right fit, the SC300 one might have worked fine but for less money I was able to make a much nicer stainless line. I just had to weld an AN fitting to the banjo fitting on the stock line.

Ahh I forgot you were swapping into a sc400 and not a sc300. Do you have another picture of the power steering reservoir you tweaked my interest saying that it might be a sc400 reservoir if thats the case you could use the sc400 reservoir for the sc300 swap instead of the tt one.

nice progress. does your plug and play harness keep all the accesories like radio,a/c, tach, and coolant temp gauge? did you modify the aristo harness or did you use the USMD supra harness?

Thanks!
It wasn't just a matter of bending the bracket, I cut the bracket clean off and modified it, and then welded it back on.... probably not a feasible option if you're trying to keep it simple, but it was easy enough with all the right tools on hand.
Yes, everything works just like stock. I can use whatever harness is supplied to me (normally the Aristo harness).
