Default Sc400 Guru's Please Help

I Have A 92 Sc400,just Got The Tranny Rebulit New Motor Mounts, But I Have A Rear End Rumble Would That Be A Center Driveshaft Bearing? Diff Problems? Or Bad U Joints On The Driveshaft?or All Three?

Please Help
Ps Went Through Some Water And The Vibration Stopped For A Lil While

jack her up and check all three, i'm thinking the driveshaft though

center bearing is a noise from under the console. A distinct rear end noise is too far back for a center bearing so pay attention to where it comes from. If it is closer to the trunk, it isn't a center bearing.
