New single kit dyno numbers
I just posted this on supraforums, but I thought I'd post it here for you guys as well. So I just got back from the dyno with a new tune with the above turbo. The setup is as follows...
4094R w/.95 A/R
Greddy exhaust manifold
Greddy external wg
Greddy Profec B Spec-2
Tial BOV
HKS 4 row FMIC
HKS Twin Power DLI
AEM EMS
Stock fuel system
Stock UNOPENED motor (including JDM cams, valvetrain, etc)
Stock intake manifold
All of this is in an '92 SC300 with GTE swap.
The numbers were pretty good for all stock.
533whp/500wtq - 20psi on pump gas (93 octane here)
This turbo spools very fast, especially considering that I don't have cam gears, and am using a 3in downpipe. Those are a few of the changes I'm gonna make very soon though. It's making the 20psi by 4300rpm, so it feels very punchy. Not sure what fixed my "spark blowout" issue, but the single kit is on, and the DLI is in, so as long as it's gone, I don't really care, lol.
Thank you Batlground Engineering. Those are my boys, and they hooked me up. Dan Willie is like the "Golden Child" with an AEM EMS. So if you're in GA, and want a tune done properly, that's where you need to be going. Anyway, I just thought I'd share my results for others contemplating a similar setup, and try to get some feedback at the same time. Thanks guys.
