Thanks Guys I'll probably go with a lighter 1jz flywheel ...
if i am correcte this part is needed only if you hav a automatic tranny before?
"Clutch master cyclinder from MKIII (turbo or non, doesnt matter)"
i have the sc300 5speed i probably can keed my master cylinder?
and the slave will probably come with the tranny

No matter if you are a 5 speed now or an auto you will need a flywheel that works with the trans, be it a 1jz flywheel or (as stated above) a redrilled 2jzge flywheel (have a machinist do modifications at your own risk).
you can use your master cyl from the sc and the trans will most likely come with the slave, if not go to advance auto, napa, autozone, etc. and they should have them in stock.

Tranny mount from the w58 will bolt on to the r154 I believe. As for crossmember..... i have both the auto crossmember and a w58 crossmember. They look EXACTLY the same. Same length, width, height and bolt pattern... But I haven't really measured it, I just sort of eyeballed it and did a side by side comparison to it while I was under the car unbolting my auto tranny.
I can confirm that the w58 crossmember will work, since of course you can use the w58 trans mount.
