Regardless, I'm just partial to DSMs cause they were my first cars. Sheps 4G63 isnt the only one I was talking about, there's plenty of DSMs that hold their own, but just as many 2j's too. I just sold my 90 Talon AWD turbo for a 99 SC300. I just feel out of place on DSM forums ![Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif)
Crankwalk - (which seems to be the only stereotype people can come up with, next to "always breaking").....easy fix, 6-bolt.![Woot](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/woot.gif)
None the less, either T25 is one of the worst choices for a NA-T. If you're thinking that small, I wouldnt go any smaller than a EvoIII big16G.

i know dsm's arent great..i had a 92 plymoth laser, with a jdm 4g63-t, and yes it did suck stock on the freeway, but it didnt have a t25..it was a small 14g..
to be all honest, i dont even know why i asked about a t25 on a 2jz. i know better than that. not even a ka24de with a "hot cam" swap does good with a t25 cause of the poor flow rates and low efficiency.
from what i read this morning, i think its safe to say that i will be aiming a bit higher when sober..ct26 or 60-1 turbo would be much more reasonable, but i'm worried about off the line drag...my car kinda sucks the way it is now cause its auto, and i dont have plans on doing a swap anytime soon, and i want to keep my na-t project as inexpensive as possible..
