Default Rebuild the Water Pump?

Guys -

I was wondering if anyone has rebuilt their own water pump. I am going to pull it out tonight from the block as the head will be removed and look it over. From other vehicles I have seen they are able to rebuild it with a bearing and a couple seals on the shaft. Has anyone done that here?

I wouldn't bother rebuilding it. I'd just buy a new one.
