Default tc lock up?

does and one whats controls the tc lockup on a sc400 is it the tps or trans line pressure line?

The ECU controls the TC lockup clutch.

so the tps has nothing to do with it,because i changed my tps voltage and not it seams between 45 and 55 depending on load the converter will lock/unlock.its fine above or below

The ECU uses information like throttle position, speed and gear input to choose when to lockup the TQ. Adjusting your TPS would probably cause the change that you feel.
