why dont you buy mandrel u-bend piping from jegs or summitracing.com, take it to your muffler shop and have them cut and use the mandrel piece. Depending on diameter and if its a j bend or a u bend mild steel ranges from 30-60 per bend and 50-70 for stainless steel. just something to think about guys...

im not sure i understand

Do u just buy some SS UJ's and cut and weld the pieces u need ? or do u tell them exactly what u need ??

You cut and weld what you need. A single outlet exhaust, if done correctly, requires only 2 bends if you dont mind it coming out at a slight angle (pretty pimp imo). Thats easily handled by 1 UJ bend for me. Twin mufflers would require at the most 2 UJ bends and maybe (or not) a straight piece of pipe or two.

Various chinese parts on ebay for the 350Z y-pipe that works rather well on our cars from what I hear. Very affordable too.
