Try changing your spark plugs since you seafoamed it. Should be fairly straightforward on the v8.

Also, try to retard your timing a tad like it says on the first post of that thread.
"Advancing your timing will increase NOx but will reduce HC AND CO and retarding your timing will reduce NOx and bring up your HC and CO. FIND A GOOD BALANCE."

Go to a place that won't charge you until you pass so you don't have to keep paying.
