Angry EGR woes.

I know this has been discussed in many threads but after searching I couldn't find the answer I was looking for. Where is the EGR temp. sensor on a '93 SC300? I am getting a code 71 and have cleaned the EGR valve twice but the CEL keeps coming back. I read that the sensor can get gummer up with carbon as well and was wanting to try cleaning it. I am trying to sell the car and don't want this glaring in the potenial buyers face.

Thanks,
Brandon

What do you use to clean the electrical connections? And I always use premium, of course I've only had the car a month. The vaccum lines are all attached and like I said, I've cleaned the valve twice and reset the ECU each time. Some days the light will come on and stay on all day, others it will come on and go off at random.

Default EGR woes too

I have had the same problem. Checked almost all hoses, relays, and valves including the EGR. Replaced the EGR temp sensor. I can pull the fuse and reset the computer and drive 30 or 40 miles before the #71 EGR code and check engine light come back. Can't figure this one out.
