APEXi SAFC
Hey fellas I just got my APEX-i SAFC installed. My local shop doesnt know #$^* about it, so I called their tech line. I guess for litigious reasons they wont tell me squat on how to tune it. I know a few of you guys have them and were raving about them, so can you give me some pointers on how to get some power out of this thing? Thanks for any input.

Hmm I don't know if a dyno is completely nessisary -- someone here may have the same exact (or close to it) setup as you on their SC 300, and dyno tuned their car, and would be able to give you their figures. That's just a guess I have the SC400 some i'm pretty much useless...

Every car is different. You can't just copy someones info. Well you can, but if you spent the money for the controller, spend the few $$ more for some dyno time to make the most of your investment. Tuning is a time consuming tedious task, but when completed, will give a noticable difference.
My advice is to "borrow" someones info and use it as a base line. The dyno and tune for a while. You will notice huge gains after individually tuning the car over the borrowed #'s.

true true. I was saying if you didn't want to shell out the $$ then copy someone elses -- but it's like copying someone elses work -- You won't have a very clear idea of how it works. And it might not work as well...
