I been wanting to go BPU on my 1jz, so i am slowly added items to get me additional 30hp-40hp. This twin intake setup really brings out the spool in the stock twins and the sound is amazing. Now to add, FMIC, 440 injectors and Fuel pump and I am done. Next year will be upgrading to single.

I actually purchased from another member on here. And it was purchased from Japan. Apparently it is available for sale if you can find it. It does make a difference in sound and feel.

Oh wow I didn't even know they had a set up like that. Wonder if there's one for the 2jz. You can hear the turbos even better now lol.

yeah i've seen them on mk4 supra's before, with dual hks filters. it doesn't seem like it'd be that hard to make, just a pain trying to find piping that fits perfect

what's the piece look like that connects to the front turbo inlet?

It's wouldn't be hard to make if you were a good welder and very creative. This is an actual kit that is available here in Japan. I am not using it anymore since I am going single on my 1JZ. This would fit both 1JZ and 2JZ.

Have some pics of it on my build.

Ahh good point probably will need to put the maf on one of those pipes. But I'm going VPC so no maf anyway for me.

A company called Night Pager here in Japan makes these intakes. They utilized Greddy Airnix Intakes. Estimated cost about $500.00

I like you sig by they way. I too started with a 98 DC2 w/ JDM Front, then 180SX Type X, then S14 Silvia Type K, and then my SC300

You don't need 440cc injectors on a stock twin 1JZ unless you have aftermarket cams... 20psi on stock twins and you can still run 10:1 AFR on stock 370's.

I love the intake system!

are you on crack?

you cant run that much boost on stock 1jz twins. not only are then inefficient at that point they are also very likely to blow every seal and gasket in it. the turbo will run extremely hot too.

what do cams have to do with more fuel? you can run stock cams and 440's. in the 1jz the limitations are the turbos and the injectors. other then that its fine. the cams are a big small but you can do BC or 2jzgte cams(just so you dont b*tch and say they dont fit ill specify that they need to be machined)

dude you have to do some research

the intake system is extremely easy to make. if you ever worked with power tools and know how to weld(or have a buddy) this can be done in half a days work with drinking involved.

Well anyway I am a bit of a impulse buyer and as soon as I saw them for sale from jdmjzz30, I had to had them. Since install the really smooth out the power delivery, I think the OE piping and the Blitz intake I had was kinda old and restrictive. Again thanks jdmjzz30, Now if you have happened to get ride of your FMIC, let a brotha know. I already have my 440cc FI. Also I purchased the Y down pipe off the turbos to install.
