So yeah, the hesitation is back and it worse than ever. Still no check engine light, but it feels like it's "missing". From a dead stop it sputters like a beeotch and in low RPM situations it will sputter too. Does this sound like perhaps a lack of backpressure? It ran OK for a couple weeks and now it's nonstop after today. I'm going to clean my sensors and check my plugs and rotors although they've got like 10k on them. Maybe a fuel filter? It started acting up the first time I drove it after I put the exhaust on though, just a coincidence? Anyone with a true dual setup, I would love to hear if you've experienced any issues.

I am thinking you really should have a cat between the two 02 sensors on OBDII system. Mine worked perfectly when I was NA, It really sounds like that is the only difference between our setups.

I was told the rears only really monitor that the fronts are operating. My stock exhaust section that I pulled off only had 1 cat and it was after the O2 sensors, so that shouldn't really affect it. Did your stock setup look like this?
I'm reading more and more and it sounds like I might have a faulty coil somewhere, and it coincidentally shat the bed on the same start as when I installed the exhaust. I happen to have a "donor" SC4 in my backyard so I will see if a coil is to blame.

So, I swapped out coils. No dice, started removing wires etc... and when I got to the driver's side dist cap, it was litterally broken. WTF? Pretty wierd for that to happen, let alone having it fail on the exact same start as when I added the exhaust. What puzzles me is why didn't I get a CEL when it was missfiring? Anyways, all good now. Thanks for caring guys.

One of the coil wires was all chaunched out to. Runs like a champ now. Sounds great. Need to wait a few days again for the ECU to settle. I gave it a full reset after that sheeat.
