Just an update
since my last post, I was able to get the car running pretty good,
all I did was adjust the tps.
It's not turned all the way counter clock-wise
So it ran fine for 2 weeks,
then this past week it started running like crap again
While driving there would be moments where it car studders abruptly, (Like if I was jabbing on the brakes) As this happens, my wideband O2 shows it going really rich like 9-10 afr
I'm guessing air is being cut off by the throttle body somehow (and fuel has been constant)
I hope it's just air beign cut and not something wrong with the injectors (like being locked open or something)

I'll fiddle with the throttle body some more the weekend
I also got my hands on another V8 maf, I'll swap it too to see if it has any effect.
Also got another throttle body (with it's own AIC and TPS) I might try swapping this last.

latest update
After reading about how some MAF can start getting flaky for a while before actually going dead
I decided to swap in (this would be the 2nd time) another V8 maf, and it worked fine.
Guess the ones I swapped in to test last time was already on the way out
Car seems to drive fine now
