Easy way to loosen/remove c/s pulley bolt: Heat the bolt head with aceteline torch evenly to red hot, then cool about 2-3 minutes, heat to red again, cool 1-2 minutes, comes right out with break-over & socket or 1/2" impact. Bolt gets longer, so looser.
I do them all this way, no need to put a hold-back on the pulley or anything else, no broken tools or knuckles.
