Mainfold and IC question

I have a t67 and a t78... I read about the positioning of the turbo and distrib... which of the turbo's would be better and what type of Manifold to get? or will I have to have one built?
IC - can someone show pics of there IC setup.. I was wondering how he piping would be located side ports or port on each side..
