Default 94 swap for 97

Hey, I have a 94 sc300 that's in really good condition.. its a beautiful car! and i have a 97 that's in really bad shape, but is ALOT faster then my 94.

being that i'm broke and can't afford a manual jdm 1 or 2j, my plan is to swap out engines between the two cars. I'd like to build an NA-T, and the 97 engine would be alot better for this.

i have owned several turbo'd cars in the past, and ever since i sold my 320+ hp 240 for my auto SC300.. I've had a huge hunger for speed again.

so i was wondering if anyone has ever done this swap, just wondering what i'd have to switch over and if it would be easy or if i'd run into alot of problems. I've done swaps before, mostly sr and rb into 240's. but never any 2jz work.

my plans are swaping engine, tranny and ecu.. the 97 had traction control, should i swap that too? both cars are auto unfortunately.

thanks in advance for any help!
